The Nautical Shop
We are located in the small New England village of Stony Creek, Connecticut. The famed Thimble Islands are located off the shore of this coastal community. There are 25 inhabited Islands and local lore claims that Capt. Kidd buried his treasure on Money Island. It has yet to be found despite multiple attempts by treasure hunters. He must have hid it well! I am a marine biologist by trade but have gone into the nautical supply business with my husband because we both love the sea and want to share this nostalgic theme with our customers. We will be adding items to our store as we expand including some unique local New England items in the near future.
